Of the Nikayas I have read, I found this one the most enjoyable. It is a gift to have this volume available in English with Bhikkhu Bodhi as a teacher and guide.

In the Buddha’s Words: There is now a complete translation of the Numerical Discourses, so I would get that book. He includes, for examples, comments on differences between the Pali versions and the Chinese versions of some of the discourses.
